About Us
Leadership Advisory Services, established by Tony Chivinski, is located in Central Pennsylvania. Tony began his career as a CPA with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co. He then spent 27 years with Pennfield Corporation, a mid-sized, closely-held, multi-unit company, with his most recent position being Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He has served on the Board of Directors for Sterling Financial Corporation, Sterling Financial Trust Company and Pennfield Corporation. Tony’s background includes numerous additional board and leadership experiences with national trade associations, national and local non-profit organizations, as well as church and a local municipality.
Tony’s experiences have extended into the following areas of business:
- Sales and marketing, operations, finance and administration, information technology and human resources
- Customer relationship
- Strategic planning and financial analysis
- Acquisitions, divestitures, company valuations and buyouts, culture and climate considerations
- Oversight of investment portfolios
- Manufacturing and service businesses
- Corporate culture alignment within the workplace
In addition to Leadership Advisory Services, Tony currently holds the position of Warwick Township Supervisor and is Chairman of the Lancaster Chamber's Committee on Taxes and Fiscal Policy. He also serves on PNC’s Central PA Advisory Board of Directors and is a member of a United Way of Lancaster County solution council.
