Leadership Advisory Services works with members of the board or senior level executives to identify and execute sustainable business solutions specific to the needs of the company. By focusing on the business, LAS can assist in implementing programs and providing real solutions to problems facing businesses today.

Leadership Advisory Services maintains a concentrated focus on affecting change in four main areas of business:

  • Board of Directors. LAS will work with you as an independent director; provide assistance in the design and conduct of an effective board.
  • President/CEO/CFO Transition. We will help you select a new leader and/or act as an interim CEO within the company. We will assist with business restructuring and prepare an internal candidate to advance into their new position.
  • Leader Support. This broad phrase speaks to a number of key business opportunities:
    • Working with the leadership team to review their strategic plan and institute programs that will support the implementation of the plan and effect change within the organization
